According to the requirements of the Alternative System Rules, an Authorised Adviser can be an advisory company providing services related to business transactions, including mainly brokerage houses, financial and legal advisors, and auditors.

Companies seeking the Authorised Adviser status should fill out the application form for entry in the register of Authorised Advisers available on the Catalyst website. The applicant should be familiar with the Catalyst regulations, including in particular the Catalyst Rules and the Authorised Adviser in the Alternative Trading System. The completed application form together with the required documents (specified in the application form) should be sent to the Warsaw Stock Exchange in an envelope labelled “Application form for entry in the register of Authorised Advisers”.

In evaluating the competences of the applicant, the WSE considers among others the experience of the company and its managers in participation in significant business transactions, including transactions related to trading in financial instruments.
